Delete your account in the app
- Open Partner Finder. Tap More, then Account & device.
- Scroll down to Delete account. Tap Delete my account.
- Confirm. Read the message, then tap Delete my account again. If the app asks you to sign in again first, do that, then tap Delete my account again. The sign-in checks that it is really you.
You can also get there from More, Settings, Privacy requests & account deletion.
Your account locks straight away. Your phones lose access to Partner Finder’s online services, and no new connections, Finds or purchases can be made. We email you to confirm, with a case reference.
You have 14 days to change your mind
A 14-day waiting period starts when you ask. Nothing is erased during it. To cancel, sign in to Partner Finder and tap Keep my account. Your account unlocks with nothing deleted.
When the 14 days are over, we erase your account, sign-in, billing profile, phones, trusted people and activity records, then email you to say it is done. If a step fails, the account stays locked until we finish it. We never tell you a deletion happened when it did not.
You may lose trusted connections, messages, downloaded maps, preferences, history, and recovery access. Another person may need to approve a new connection if you return later.
Can’t use the app? Ask us here
Use this if you no longer have your phone, cannot sign in, cannot open the app, or the app says it needs an update first. You do not need Plus, a reinstall, new Terms acceptance, or completed enrollment to make a request. The Other privacy requests link in the app opens this same page.
Opening this page does not submit a request or delete data. Send the secure form below, or send an email from your own email app. We review and verify each request before changing account data.
Your typed request remains above. You can instead email privacy@kaxon-ai.com from your email app.
Email privacy support
Send from the address associated with your Partner Finder account when possible, and say that you want the account deleted. We will acknowledge the request and verify your authority before changing account data. Do not include passwords, sign-in codes, payment details, precise locations, or full device identifiers.
If no email app opens, copy this address into your own email app: privacy@kaxon-ai.com.
What happens next
- We acknowledge the request. You receive next steps and a case reference.
- We verify authority. We may ask you to sign in, confirm account information, or complete another proportionate check. A display name, peer name, device name, or case number alone is not proof.
- We process the request. Account-owned information is removed or de-identified from active systems, subject to the limited exceptions below.
- We confirm the result. We tell you when processing is complete or explain an unresolved step or lawful exception.
If you cannot use the original email or app, contact the same privacy address and explain that you need recovery and verification help. Do not create another account or reinstall only to make the request. A trusted peer cannot authorize deletion of someone else’s account.
What is deleted
Your account profile, your phones, your trusted people and connections, your Find activity, your sign-in, your billing profile, and other records that belong to your account. Local data on a phone that stays offline cannot be erased from a distance; use the app’s reset when that phone is available.
What may remain
- Scrambled (hashed) phone and account identifiers, for up to 12 months, only to stop a removed phone or account from silently coming back. They identify no one on their own.
- A record of the request with no identifiers, for up to 12 months. It is not a copy of your data.
- Short-lived markers that stop anything new being written to the account, for up to 30 days.
- Records of blocks, reports and the action taken on them, while they are needed for safety.
- Records required for fraud prevention, payment disputes, tax, legal obligations, a documented legal hold, or the establishment or defense of legal claims.
- Backup copies, until they are replaced on their normal schedule.
- Google Play’s own purchase records, kept under Google’s policies.
- Information another person already received or copied on that person’s device, such as a screenshot.
Ordinary deletion does not copy all account, Find, or location information into a separate blanket archive. Any exception must be limited to what is justified. A temporary privacy export is available for no more than 10 days; routine privacy correspondence may be kept up to 90 days after closure; a minimal closed-case security or compliance audit may be kept up to 12 months. These are not substitutes for deleting the underlying account data.
Timing
- In the app: your account locks at once and is erased when the 14-day waiting period ends, unless you choose Keep my account first.
- By this form or by email: we verify the request first. We answer verified requests within the time the law allows, normally within 30 days. Complex or legally restricted requests may take longer; when required, you will be told why and what deadline applies.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting a Partner Finder account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription separately in Google Play to stop future renewals. Store records and refunds remain subject to the store’s policies and applicable law.
Family Access requests
The ages 13–17 process below is available to families using Partner Finder.
A teen aged 13–17 can delete their own account in the app in the same way, with the same 14-day waiting period. Ages 13–17 users may request access, correction, or deletion for their own account. A parent or legal guardian may also make an authorized request for a linked teen account, subject to proportionate verification and the teen’s applicable rights. Ending Family Access and deleting an account are different actions; removing the family link does not silently delete either person’s account.
Need another privacy option?
You may also request access, correction, restriction, objection, portability, or an appeal where applicable. Email privacy@kaxon-ai.com and describe the request. Do not send passwords, codes, payment-card information, government identification, precise home locations, or full device identifiers unless a verified process specifically requires a limited item.
