Family Access is optional for adult Standard users. Read the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy before linking a teen aged 13 to 17. Enrollment under 13 is not available. A teacher, coach, friend or organizer is not automatically a legal guardian.
By confirming, you attest that you are the teen's parent or legal guardian and have authority to approve this service for them. Discuss the service with the teen. Both of you confirm using your own verified accounts. We record acceptance and every permission change; email verification does not prove guardianship, and we may ask for a proportionate additional check where a law requires one.
You authorize the processing necessary for the agreed service, not all optional processing. The teen keeps the consent rights the law gives them. Location stays off until it is separately granted. To receive a point you also need a trusted relationship and the teen's permission. Any other recipient needs both the teen's permission and your approval, and that includes each person added to a group Find; there is no group-wide approval. You cannot secretly enable sharing or override Stop.
You may review relevant Family Access status, withdraw, manage eligible approvals, and request verified deletion or help. You have no unrestricted access to the teen's unrelated contacts, messages or Find history, and you do not receive the messages a teen sends during a Find. A teen can block another user and can report an account to us. Further lawful requests are reviewed individually. Safeguarding and deletion notices are assessed where disclosure could endanger the teen or conflict with law.
Linking creates no purchase. Any sponsorship checkout shows its price and duration. Unlinking ends sponsored authorization; recurring billing must be cancelled separately in Google Play. The teen does not inherit your purchase at 18.
Either person can revoke Family Access. A new guardian relationship requires the applicable confirmations and authority checks. Automatic replacement of an account's active phone is not a guardian-replacement approval and does not establish legal authority or settle a custody dispute. At 18 the user can complete independent adult setup. Revocation cannot recall received information or instantly reach an offline phone.
A teen can ask to delete their own account from the app; the account locks at once and is erased after a 14-day waiting period unless it is kept. You can request deletion of a linked teen account through the verified privacy process at privacy@kaxon-ai.com.
Use a meeting plan and appropriate supervision. Partner Finder is not an emergency service. This Addendum does not waive mandatory rights and does not excuse Kaxon AI LLC's own unlawful conduct.
Separate unchecked confirmation: “I am this teen's parent or legal guardian, have authority to approve their use, and agree to the Terms and Guardian Addendum.” Location and optional data choices remain separate. Contact privacy@kaxon-ai.com for privacy or misuse concerns.

These documents apply when this version is presented in your app. Request account deletion or contact privacy@kaxon-ai.com. You do not need Plus or new Terms acceptance to make a privacy request.
